Testimonials
It is a joy to be able to pay forward the lessons my teachers taught me.
Below is what people have said about my lessons!
“As a choral director, I am often the only voice teacher many students will have, so teaching proper vocal technique is very important to me. However, nothing can replace the benefits of having a private vocal instructor to address the specific needs of each singer.
I have heard the improvement in the voices of my students who are studying with Vinay Thomas and am impressed with the results from his teaching.
Vinay’s own singing voice serves as a beautiful model for his students. His kind demeanor provides a comfortable environment in which students can learn.”
“It was so impressive how Vinay was able to identify what I was doing wrong and then give me instruction on how to fix it quickly.
He was such an amazing teacher. I don’t think I’ve had a music teacher that was quite as beneficial to me as him.”
Owen
“I appreciate Vinay’s ability to teach to any level. I was afraid to sing outside of the shower! Vinay’s instruction gave me the confidence and ability to sing anywhere. Vinay is extremely patient and he is an excellent communicator. I look forward to continuing my lessons with him.”
Marcy
“I am so grateful to have connected with you and had the chance to study with you. It’s been immensely helpful, and I feel so much more confident in singing in both choirs with which I’m involved–both in terms of sight reading, rhythm, and pitch accuracy–and am motivated to continue to learn. It’s been a real gift.”
Doug
“I really appreciated learning fundamentals like proper breathing and sight reading because they apply to more than just what I was singing in my lessons.”
Reese
“The lessons were very informative and consistent.
It was a lot of fun.”
Luciano
“I thoroughly enjoy the depth of the process of learning a piece (Pie), as well as understanding how my voice fits into the different pieces I’ve been learning.”
Jax
“Vinay gave me confidence in my singing and helped improve my technique.
All that and I had fun too!”
